Information for shipping
Delivery within Germany is via insured DHL package with tracking number. The shipping costs are €5.95. From a goods value of 100€ per order, shipping is free of charge.
Delivery to the European Union (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Aland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Great Britain (except Channel Islands), Ireland , Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except non-European areas), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands , Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (except northern part)) is sent by insured DHL package with tracking number. The shipping costs are €16.95. From a goods value of 250€ per order, shipping is free of charge.
Note on shipping abroad
Shipping is always from Germany. For deliveries from Germany to other countries, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the basic price shown.

Unless otherwise stated, the delivery times can be found in the corresponding product description. When ordering several items at the same time, the delivery time for the entire order is always based on the item with the longest delivery time. Please note that the delivery time is always calculated from the date of receipt of payment.

The payment must be received by us within a maximum of 5 working days (after receipt of the order confirmation by e-mail), otherwise the order unfortunately has to be cancelled.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Items purchased from Re:Solution can in most cases be returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods. During this period, you can try and review the product, just like in brick-and-mortar stores. The product must still be in its original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product may only be removed from the packaging if it is not sealed. If you want to return the item, you must inform us. To do this, fill in the samplewithdrawal form. You can also inform us about your return by sending an email to re_solution@gmx.de.
Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return. Processing your return After we receive your return, we will inspect the returned item and then begin processing your refund. Your money will be refunded to the payment method you used when you made your purchase, unless you have requested a different refund. We'll pay out your refund within 7 days. You have to pay the return costs yourself.
The following product types cannot be returned:
1) Services that the customer has already agreed to use.
2) Products customized according to the customer's instructions.
3) Purchases by business customers (B2B contracts).
